extremely thin, almost silk-like,
This review is from: Wool Wraps Kashmir Sozuni Embroidered Shawl 26 x 75 inches (ebsp027) (Apparel)
It is almost hard to believe that this is wool, not silk. It is very thin but also very warm. The color is darker than on the picture but very very elegant, with some color structure in the fabric (no structure in thickness of thread though, the fabric is smooth). The colors of the embroidery are three tones of burnt orange/dark red/dark yellow, and dark brown. Colors match anything, very neutral combination. loving it. elegant enough to be worn to any occasion. ships very fast, even though from India. Very friendly seller too. There is a reverse side and a right side, but it is nicely stitched so that it almost does not matter which way round this is worn.

Hand Embroidered Wool Shawl,

When you see, touch and feel embroidery work in a kashmiri shawl, it is hard to imagine, human hands could be so dexterous. Designs are usually floral and colors of thread very pleasing to the eyes. When you wear these shawls at public places, you simply can not avoid several heads turning towards you.
