I bought this bag for my trip to Australia mainly to carry my Panasonic DVX-100 & Canon Rebel xt w/ battery grip. I bought it not knowing the true size of the bag because silly me, didn't pay attention to the dimensions and got a ruler to see the exact dimensions. All i knew is this will definitely fit my DVX-100 and Canon all in one backpack. If your not sure about the size look on the description and get a ruler to know the exact size before you buy. I also manage to pass getting this bag on the plane for all 6 flights on my trip. be careful though because sometimes you may be riding those small planes where there is only one aisle. I had a hard time fitting it into the overhead cabin in front of the other passengers and becoming embarrassed. I tried different ways and finally manage to fit the front in then pushing down on the middle of the bag to get it in. IF you dont want to run into this trouble while flying, you should get the next KATA backpack down the line in terms of dimensions. All in all, i carried overything i needed for my trip, even carried stuff i didnt end up using that its so spacious. configuring the Weight distribution is very good by pulling on several straps around the bag to fix the balance w/ you and the bag. Yellow linin on inside is a plus to finding things. Tripod holder on side of bag was awesome. Make sure to pack your tripod into your luggage though because the bag is big enough for the plane overhead cabin already. then when you get to your location you can strap your tripod onto the bag. I also brought this bag into the snow. The protective covering that comes with it did very well. Either can be used to keep out the Rain, snow, or heat by just turning over the protective covering to the silver side.
4 stars because its really big and almost doesn't fit into the overhead cabin for planes, but if you wont face this situation then this bag is a 5 star.

This backpack is easy to handle and a safe container for our camera. Together with the inserted trolley it's easy to travel.

Buying things online can have their drawbacks. While this is a well-made backpack, it's really too big and I find I avoid using it because of it's massive size. I look like an astronaut with this thing on my back.

Very nice bag. Maybe a little too big, but it is enough place for my canon xha1s, my canon rebel, with all their accessories such as teleobjectives and other lenses, my Macbook pro with accessories and more.
