I purchased this for a Nikon Coolpix P7100. While it just fits (vertically) I ended up removing the pad that separates it into two parts to make it easier to insert the camera. Kata bags are first rate with a great double velcro system to connect it to your belt. There isn't really room to carry an extra battery and keep it out of the way but this is a great minimalist bag to carry your camera safely and securely vertically on your belt.

I wanted a case that I could put my camera in, throw it in my backpack, and not have to worry about it getting damaged. This one seems to fit the bill. The Kata DP 415 fits my Nikon P7000 perfectly and leaves enough room for a wireless remote, an extra battery, and an extra SD card. It doesn't have room for my camera's wrist strap which is dissapointing, but definitely not something that I'm going to hold against it. The case has a strange design to it which might turn some people off, but I personally bought the case for protection, not for style. The case comes with a neck strap, a separate SD card pouch, and a waterproof cover. All three of these are useless to me, but I appreciate the gesture all the same. Overall, this seems like a great case.

Just big enough to hold my Leica D-Lux 4 with hand grip and viewfinder. Attaches to belt by looping over belt and double velcro closure.
