The chandelier itself is lovely--it's the "crystals" that were disappointing. You cannot tell from the photo that the crystals are linked together with cheap looking pliable gold metal pieces. This cheapens the whole look. The shades were nice, but I may have to replace the lengths of crystal beading.

We just had this chandelier installed yesterday. I still have to put the crystals up. So far it looks great. My only reason for giving it a 4 out of 5 is because it has gold accents on the faux crystal chain. That was not apparent on the picture. Everything in my room is brushed nickel or silver so I'm worried it may clash a bit. It is the perfect size for my sitting room.
