I love this kit! The workout video is actually hard and gets you working up a nice sweat. I have seen a marked difference in my arms since starting to use the resistance band. The ball is great too because there is little risk to rolling off like a traditional exercise ball. The video has an upper body portion as well as a whole body portion, each a 15 minute video.The price is great too! |
