After years of having lost this video, I'm so pleased to locate another copy. This video is the best I have ever used for toning the problem areas of my inner and outer thighs, butt, and upper and lower abs. Without the typical cheesy group of overmotivated screamers, Kathy is encouraging and pushes you just enough to make it successfully through the workout and before you realize it, you're finished. You can feel the workout right away, and see great results and feel tighter in less than 3 weeks. I'd recommend Kathy Smith workouts for anyone.

Excellent workout time and workout moves. Easy to follow and gets your heart pumping without making you feel like you are going to collapse.
