Good Quick Fix, Poor Quality Materials,

These tents work fine for a little while, but when subjected to more than a slight breeze or a light sprinkle of rain, there are problems. For one, the loops which secure the tent into the ground with pegs pull on the edges and rip the binding from the plastic 'tent,' leaving large gaps that expose your plants to the elements. These are a very temporary solution, amd a waste of materials when you have to throw them in the trash after a few days.

This is so not worth $19. It looks like a $3 item.
I threw it away after a few weeks.

Tried one of these last spring, out of curiosity. This is not an expensive item but, in my view, our small investment wasn't money well spent. And this is why:
- The 24"x48" tent-like structure doesn't really cover an area this size. Can't grow plants near the walls or they can't grow too tall as they tent's walls would prevent them. You can mitigate this a little by placing the taller or faster growing plants toward the center and the less tall ones near the walls. - This is a shabby, poorly manufactured item. I understand 'low price' and I understand that in most instances you get what you pay for when the price is low (does not seem to apply on overpriced items) but in this case maybe we got a little less than what we paid for. When time came to remove the tent, it was damaged and torn enough for us do decide that it wasn't going to be reused next year - there were cracks at the base and a large one near the top. While it's true that using the tent was marginally helpful to the plants that were lucky enough to be in the middle the benefits were not significant and half of the plants' growth was discouraged by the tent's walls. We can't reuse the existing tent because of cracks and we won't be buying another one for next year.
