Gentle, Delicate, Moving,

I heard a fragment of Chopin's Fanatasy Impromptu by this pianist over the internet in the NYTimes online version, in an audio & slide show about New York apartments. It made hot tears sting the backs of my eyelids. I want to buy the CD. Joan Prims

To listen to her Chopin in A flat major is to hear an artist who becomes one with her music. From this simple work to a resounding concerto, I have never heard such perfection. It is as if she wishes the piano could give her more to work with. This is a perfect CD for any neophite to classical piano, clear and beautiful, yet not a vehicle to exhibit her pure talent. Close your eyes and listen to both of her hands working as one.
