The sunflower Bird Feeder/Sundial looks very nice in my garden and I use it to give water to the birds and butterflies. Item was as described. The problem I ran into was that the support stake did not screw into the sundial as there was excess metal around the threads. It took me quite a while to file this metal off in order to insert the support stake and it is not in all the way either. This does not really affect the use of the sundial as I think most people would just set it flat on the ground. I have no idea how to position the sunglower to make use of it's sundial abilities.

I really like the look of this product. It is sturdy and requires little maintance. But when I received the feeder, it was in pieces. There were no instructions included. After I finally figured out what went where, the support stake does not screw all the way into the feeder. So this is a good product if you don't want to use the support stake.

I bought this for my mom who absolutely loves it. Last year I bought her a stone birdbath (which also has hummingbirds carved into it), but somehow the water basin got knocked over and it broke. She has been looking for something to sit on top of that empty pedestal ever since and this fits perfectly. It also looks very attractive and it has some heft to it which is nice because then it shouldn't fall off as easily or break if it does.

I bought this as a christmas gift. It's very different and he was very happy with it. The piece seems very solid and could be used in the ground or with the stand.
