My yellow nape and dbl-yellowhead LOOOOVE this gourmet food. I mix it half and half with another food and they eat every bit of it each day. I recommend this HEALTHY food for your beloved parrot.

My only problem with this food is my 2nd hand African Gray was on a seed diet so she only wanted to eat the sunflower seeds mainly . We recently switched her to a all pellet diet and add in nutri berries , shes doing grate now !
