4.0 out of 5 stars Dirty gritty funk at its best, January 27, 2003
Let me first start by saying that not every track on this CD is outstanding That being said...I am just very picky but none of the tracks are bad. The CD starts off well with some strong funk riffs. Sissy Walk may sound familiar due to Norman Cooks preference for using other peoples music rather than his own, but is a strong track in its own right. The best track on this CD is by far Fell into a Bag. This has got to be one of the greatest funk tracks of all time and shines out from the rest of them. This album is definitly worth getting. As a compilation album, this is the secound best in the Deep Funk series, but if you want funk...it doesn't get better than this.
