Book Description

KeeBeeWeeBee, the world's friendliest bee, was born without a stinger. That was a problem in the beginning, but one with a happy ending as KeeBeeWeeBee and his mother are invited back to live at Honeycomb Hive after having been ejected following the death of Sir KeeBeeWeeBee, his father and head guardbee.

Children identify with KeeBeeWeeBee's trial of rejection, near death struggle with the Son of Blackthorne and eventual appointment by the Queen of Honeycomb Hive to the position of Ambassador. A delightful book printed in full color on high-quality paper. 22-Illustrations.

5.0 out of 5 stars My Kids Loved It!, April 12, 2000
This review is from: KeeBeeWeeBee Ambassador of Honeycomb Hive (Paperback)
The story is wonderfully done. It incorporates enough action and suspense to keep them interested while dealing with issues such as death, rejection, and other common life experiences the future will hold. The illustrations are marvelously done. My kids spend as much time flipping through the pages as they do begging me to read it before they go to bed. Truely a wonderful find.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good family-time reading, March 13, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: KeeBeeWeeBee Ambassador of Honeycomb Hive (Paperback)
I really enjoyed these rhymes as I did the book Santa's Helpers. The phonetics of them are terrific for kids learning to read as well as toddlers in the "repeating" stage of learning to talk. They are great fun for a family to read aloud, and the illustrations are wonderfully whimsical!
