Great sport sandal, February 13, 2008

This shoe is for those who want a sturdier, but still breathable alternative to the regular sport sandal. The Keen footbed is incredibly comfortable, so much so that no breaking in was required. The shoes are waterproof and washable in the washing machine. I found them easier to get into than the Newports because the heel had more substance. Keens are quickly becoming my favourite shoe.
P.S. Apr 24, 2008 - I just returned from 2.5 weeks in Costa Rica where I wore these shoes virtually daily. They were very comfortable while still giving the foot some fresh air. And all the better for being able to just throw them in the washing machine when I came home.
