There is a lot to like about this bag, although in the end I chose another bag due to volume. The Keen Morrison is very well constructed, very comfortable and ergonomic, and has some nice feaures. The reason I chose another bag is purely based on volume, which this bag does not seem to have. It is designed to carry your laptop, maybe a few files or a small sweater along with some small items like an ipod and wallet, etc, and that is about it. So I would give this bag an A+ for quality construction and one you should seriously consider if you "just" need to carry your laptop and a few smaller items.

I use this bag daily for school. I had been using an over-the-shoulder satchel type bag but it was hurting my shoulders and back. Switching to a backpack made a huge difference. I carry my laptop in it and am happy with the padding on the computer compartment. The cupholders on the outside of the bag unzip so you can choose if you'd like to use one or both and zip them both up if you don't want either.
