These are a great pair of shoes that are really built like hiking boots.

They have a "quick tie" feature on the top lace that allows easy on/off. The soles are stiffer and heavier than standard shoes. These can be worn all day with little fatigue

Sizing is about right. If you between sizes, pick the larger size.

The only drawback is that they are difficult to find in stores or even online.

I have many keen brand shoes and these are currently my favorite pair.

I need a stiffer, sturdy shoe and these are great. Just got my second pair. The only drawback is they can be a bit warm but I'm going to try to modify that a bit. Would buy them again.

My husband LOVES these shoes. This is his second pair. The first pair he literally wore out the soles, but after 3 years of heavy duty walking, it was time. The shoe fit him immediately and with no problems breaking in. Because once you put on a Keen, there is nothing better (or keener). We are a Keen family. With high arches, neuroma problems, bad backs, poor knees...Keens get us up and moving. Spare yourself, stick with Keen. After this review, you might think I work for Keen...but I say they work for me..keep up the good work. They are worth every penny!! My only tiny complaint would be that they somestimes change their styles and we are afraid they are going to discontinue this shoe. Plus, they need to get a little more into the athletic shoe business...I wish my athletic shoes fit and were as comfortable as Keen.

This is another Great shoe made by Keen. I currently own 8 pairs of Keen's, just love them! Ended up buying a half size smaller then ususal, shoe is a bit wider. I wear a sz 8.5 Wms in all the others I own, and in these I had to get an 8. Nice and warm for my always cold feet. Waterproof, great traction, comfy and cozy, Great fit the first time on. Would recommend to a friend
