5.0 out of 5 stars the BEST
These are the most comfortable shoes I own (and I've got Merrells, and Riekers, and Borns) and I wear these all the time. First off, they're adorable, albeit in a cute, bumpy-toed way. If you want to look sleek and sexy, these are not the shoes for you; but really, who can pull off sexy 24-7? These are real shoes for real women who've got campuses to walk and kids to...

3.0 out of 5 stars Love 'em but the insole became uncomfortable
I absolutely loved these shoes and wore them for about a year. After that, the insole inside one of the shoes became disfigured and got a odd-feeling lump in it near the ball of my foot. I can't wear them anymore because the lump is so uncomfortable when I walk. Cute shoes & I did get SOME use out of them, but the insole disfigurement disappointed me greatly. I was...

These are real shoes for real women who've got campuses to walk and kids to run after and jobs to go to.

To the woman who said they give her blisters and make her feet bleed: Um, maybe you're wearing them a size too small? Seriously, measure your feet, lady. I have wide feet and always have trouble finding comfy shoes, but these were heavenly right out of the box and required no breaking-in period. So I guess you narrow-footed or B-width folk could say they run wide, or a half size large, or at least have a nice roomy toebox. But all the D-width ladies in the house will love these.

And they're tough as nails. Right after I received them for Christmas, I flew to Boston to visit some friends and got caught in a huge Nor'easter snowstorm. I trudged through 2 feet of snow in these, which I don't recommend, but which leads me to my point, which is: these shoes held up and kept going. The dye didn't even bleed. And I never slipped once. Major kudos to keen for cranking out these awesome kicks. Obviously highly recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars not my favourite Keens, August 22, 2009
By
I'm a Keen fanatic and only seem to wear Keens because I find them so comfortable. I bought these shoes becuase I wanted something a little dressier to wear. I like the shoes but my only complaint is that the heel leather isn't as padded as other Keens and I sometimes get a blister on my heel if I wear them for a long time without socks.

As with most other Keens, they fit a half size smaller, so if you are ordering off the web, be aware you'll have to order a half size bigger than you normally wear.

5.0 out of 5 stars Super-Comfortable Keen Walking Shoes, March 3, 2009
By
I purchased a pair of black Keen Calistoga shoes about 1 month ago, and have worn them several times a week since I received them. This is my fifth pair of Keens. The Calistoga is true to size and very comfortable, with a cushioned footbed, nonslip outsole, and adjustable buckle strap. I can walk for hours across cobblestones & pavement, and never feel any pain. The strap also prevents the shoe from slipping or falling off, so I prefer the security of this style over other clog/slip-on shoes. Highly recommended!

These are lovely! I bought the flamingo color - These are now on the top of my list along with Birks!! AWESOME SHOES! I bought size 10 and they are true to size!!!!!!
Over a month later and I'm still so happy. The rubbing on the top of my foot went away within days as the shoe and my foot began to form together. I forgot hiking boots for an archery shoot, so I wore these - at the end of the day my feet were in fine shape and still happy!

3.0 out of 5 stars Love 'em but the insole became uncomfortable, March 8, 2011
I absolutely loved these shoes and wore them for about a year. After that, the insole inside one of the shoes became disfigured and got a odd-feeling lump in it near the ball of my foot. I can't wear them anymore because the lump is so uncomfortable when I walk. Cute shoes & I did get SOME use out of them, but the insole disfigurement disappointed me greatly. I was hoping they would last longer... (I didn't buy these on Amazon BTW, I got them in a shoe store.)

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice looking shoes, December 10, 2010

these shoes look nice and are well made but the leather is too tough on my feet and it rubs on the skin. they feel comfortable otherwise and look nice. i regret not returning them though because i cannot wear them because of the discomfort of the leather and they were expensive.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not up to Keen standard, September 21, 2010
Have owned many pairs of Keens. This model was not up to par, for me. Lack of padding and rough edge on back of heel caused blisters with each wear (not due to lack of room - sizing was correct, large enourgh to accommodate orthotics). Sole was stiffer than other Keens, so did not conform to foot as expected. Also, the squeaking noise... Still a Keen fan, but will stick to the classic models.

3.0 out of 5 stars One of them changed colors, January 1, 2010

After about 3 months one of them started to patina differently than the other. By 6 months they didn't look like they matched. Very disappointing. The insole also didn't hold up as well as some other keens that I have.

5.0 out of 5 stars great shoes, good service, October 6, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I already have several pairs of keen sandals, and needed some good shoes to wear with socks for work. These are light, and comfortable, my two most important criteria for shoes. I could have gotten them a half size larger, but they're fine. All my keen sandals are a size 9, and so are these, but my big toe touches slightly on the front of the shoe, something to keep in mind.

I bought the lighter color so that I could really pimp them out and customize them with an outrageous paint job. They came out great.

No hassles with the seller, everything went like clockwork.
