I wanted natural, unsalted, unroasted pistachios, and there was nothing stated on the product description that there was salt added ("in-shell natural...") An assumption based on other products by Keenan Farms Pistachios that had sea salt added, and clicking on the product image for a larger image didn't show any "salt" listed on the front. If you need in-shell natural pistachios that AREN'T salted, these aren't it. [...]

If I needed them for snacks, they'd be perfect.

These are just great tasting as well as being a really great deal price wise. The nuts are fresh and out of all the bags I opened I think maybe only 10 nuts were not open enough to use your fingers to open. Buying these from Amazon can't be beat. Fast delivery and the price alone will make you come back to order more as I have. The bags are vacumned packed to retain the freshness and are also dated so you know they are fresh. Do buy Keenan Farms Pistachio's they are great and you won't be disappointed.

Am hooked on pistachios!! Usually when I try to buy a bag, they are very salty and in small quantities. But Keenan Farms have these huge bags and they aren't too salty, just enough to really, really enjoy them. I also have had problems in the past of unopened shells, but out of two of the bags so far, I have had a total of 4. Umm...this reminds me, I have to reorder again, like today!

I have ordered this product several times. Last order I broke down into many small plastic snacks to send to our troops.

I should have read the bad reviews. These nuts are too salty and didn't have a strong pistachio flavor. I checked the best by date and they were suppose to be fine. I think I'll try a different brand and make sure they are unsalted.

The pistachios were shipped in a timely manner, and my sister and I have been enjoying them very much. Not too salty, perfectly crunchy, and perfectly healthy. :)

Excellent product! The Pistachio nuts were fresh tasting and of a very good quality. I will be buying these again.

I don't know how I would live without pistachios and I even been thinking of growing them (just don't live in a place that can...maybe I should move). Anyways, they taste better than the brand at wal.... but not the best I have ever tasted. But for the price, you can't go wrong. I will be reordering these again. (Probably should write a negative review so there is more for me).

Fresh, delicious and healthy.

I found these to be better than wonderful, though I did pay slightly more for these (+$1.30 per pound) than I did for a pound of their competitor's pistachios.

More than six months ago, thanks to a suggestion from Dr. Oz (in print), I started snacking on nuts in lieu of my usual sugar, fat and carb-loaded foods. I have a 30-pound weight loss to show for it and rarely do I ever crave sweets anymore.

Although the Keenan Farms bag only shows the values of Vitamins A (2%) & C (<2%) and the Minerals Calcium (4% & Iron (6%), pistachios are also an excellent source of vitamin-E, some B-complex groups, and the minerals magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, zinc and selenium.

I would give it 3 stars for taste (they taste average) and five stars for price.
Not the best Pistachio I have ever tasted, but they are a great price and still good tasting. Yes they do have salt, but not nearly as heavily as others I have tasted. I would recommend buy these ones for sure. I do find it weird that they come in 32oz bags, a serving is 1oz, and yet they claim only 16 servings per bag. I guess the Keenan group knows nuts and not math.
