Gene Monroe Took over for Spence on the Bass and gene is now the Current Bass Player in the band.

Mike Westcott & Blues on Board does nothing but astound you. A fresh, more "rockin'" version of old Blues songs are exactly what the new generation needs today. Those that can't really enjoy blues or even those that do will love and enjoy Blues on Board. I'm on Board and if you get this album I gaurentee you will be too.

That is why I'm purchasing the CD. All I can say is WOW! Have been going to almost all of his Gigs for the last year and it only keeps getting better. I want to be able to listen to his music even when he's not on stage.
