5.0 out of 5 stars Easy, convenient and good, June 16, 2009

This review is from: Keep Life Fresh with Easy Italian Recipes from Buitoni (Paperback)
This is a small (but good) book pertaining to commercial in-store products to utilize for a quick meal or side-dish with a different twist. I've discovered that if you have something to throw on your grill, one of these choices can complete the meal...easily. They take little time to prepare and are a nice change from a potato or rice dish. So far, each recipe I've tried has been good. The biggest issue is that not all Buitoni products are available in every store. For a small price, you might enjoy this product-specific booklet.

The recepies that I tried are very Italian. There is an attempt to make them favor the American taste and, of course they try to sell their products.
