Don Dickerman, an ordained Southern Baptist minister, has directed an evangelistic ministry to prisons since 1974. Don received an anointing from the Lord Jesus to minister in the areas of deliverance and healing and has seen many lives transformed through his ministry. Prior to answering God's call to minster in prisons, he pastored churches and worked as an evangelist. Don is a graduate from a Baptist seminary and is Spirit-filled and anointed with an exciting ministry both to prisons and churches.

It was a very interesting book written in an easy to read and understand manner. The author has a great deal of experience dealing with demonic spirits and counseling those who are oppressed. There were several ideas that I hadn't come across before, like being careful to work within the area in which you yourself have legal rights. Just because we are Christian doesn't mean that we have the right interfere with the territory that God has given to a demon. I didn't realize that there were areas like this. He uses lots of examples to put across his ideas and also has chapters about the difference between what the demons and angels can actually do. This book would be worth reading for anyone interested in an effective spiritual warfare calling.

Keep the Pigs Out by Don DickermanThis book follows Don Dickerman's best seller, When Pigs Move In. Mr. Dickerman shares from his abundant experience in deliverance. We can learn a lot from him as we approach life in a crazy world! He sets out very clear guidelines for deliverance preparation. He states vehemently to keep the pigs (demons) out, simply keep the gates closed. This second book is very much like the first!

In this book he admonishes us to stay within our delegated realm of authority. He questions why the Church has not found it necessary to teach deliverance to Christians since it was such a big part of the ministry of Jesus. He also seems to question the term "spiritual warfare" while at the same time encouraging one to war in the spirit. I found some of the material confusing in this regard. Just as he seemed to contradict himself over exactly what realm our authority is limited to by stating on numerous occasions "don't go there" and ending with "all power". Maybe he will explain in a third book.

I bought this book, after I read Don Dickerman's first book "When Pigs Move In".... It was one of the best books I ever read on Deliverance........I would highly recommend all of his books....A great biblical read.......
