Journal for Prayer Life
This was given to me as a gift. I've come to love it. Each page has a passage on top from one of Yancey's books. Always inspirational and very compelling. After each passage, Yancey poses a question relating to the topic and involving prayer-life. I had planned to use it as a simple journal, but the questions he asks...

A notebook with a classy synthetic leather cover decent for a gift
Of the 121 content pages, 116 carry a spiritual passage at the top (seldom more than 40% of a 9inx6in page) with the remainder left blank for the users' own words. Therefore, if you are looking for a gift to a Christian friend or to a Yancey's fan, it's fine. If you want to read a normal book, please give this a pass.

This was given to me as a gift. I've come to love it. Each page has a passage on top from one of Yancey's books. Always inspirational and very compelling. After each passage, Yancey poses a question relating to the topic and involving prayer-life. I had planned to use it as a simple journal, but the questions he asks are so provoking that my journaling winds up down a path that goes a bit deeper than the "This is what I did today" sort of journal entries. The cover is blue leather, pretty, and feels good in my hands.
