This review is from: Keeping Fitness Simple: 500 Tips for Fitting Exercise into Your Life (Paperback)
This book is a great book for someone having trouble getting started exercising. I bought this book a while ago (never used to bother reviewing things)and I gave it to someone, and haven't seen it in a while. But now that I am thinking about it, I just might order another copy.
