This review is from: Keeping the Peace: Practicing Cooperation and Conflict Resolution with Preschoolers (Paperback)
I got more excited reading this book than any other pre-school activity book I have found in print. This author is living in reality. She is not writing for an idealistic, non-violent world. She approaches the topic understanding that violence exists, and sometimes a child may need to fight to preserve his/her own safety, but, all efforts must be made to teach children at a young age, to resolve conflict peacefully when possible. It is more than an activity book. It is a philosophy book, a psychology book, and a how to book. I herald the author for a job well done.

This review is from: Keeping the Peace: Practicing Cooperation and Conflict Resolution with Preschoolers (Paperback)
This book covers basic concepts of conflict resolution with preschool aged children. I highly recommend this book for people beginning out in the field and those who want to learn more about conflict resolution.
