5.0 out of 5 stars I'm hooked to this...
Keeping Secrets Telling Lies was the best fictional book I have read this year. It was so good to me. I read it in record time for my readability. It is a sure page turner! My very murder mystery and I was completely in love with it.

Makes you wonder about Hollywood and if Flo Anthony based this on a true story! Get this for yourself and give it as a Christmad gift...

A quick read that might hold your attention for a few hours. Will not win any awards for creativity or originality since the formula is very Jackie Collins - a "scandal" in the Hollywood community that touches the lives of a number of different people and the root cause is a person who has risen to fame from some unfortunate and humble circumstance, has become bitter and evil as a result of their earlier experience and means to take revenge on others. I will not try to predict or judge whether or not you will enjoy it - if you like Jackie Collins type books you probably will enjoy. Just don't wait for this to be an Oprah Book Club selection - that's not likely to happen.

This is a sexy murder mystery that will have you jumpin jumpin and excited for what will come next. I just adore this Hollywood tale and was sad to see it end. This is surely a must have for those who like mysteries, comedies, or just those who like a good read. I would began babbling about the characters and stuff but I do not want to give anything away. Believe you me, its Hot Hot Hot!

3.0 out of 5 stars There could of been more, August 13, 2002

I was hooked from reading the first few pages. I just had to have this book. It is a good read, but it wasn't as great as I expected. I love books with scandal and mystery. This book lacked booth. The story was under developed and could have been great if the author explored the key characters more. The book lacked scandal and mystery b/c the answers were on the surface. The characters lacked depth. This was a good attempt for her first book. I hope she gets better and if the next book is a little better I'll continue to support her efforts.

5.0 out of 5 stars What A Great Book!, October 4, 2000

This review is from: Keeping Secrets, Telling Lies (Paperback)
I loved this thriller! It made me feel as though I was a part of the Hollywood scene and the appearance of celebrities an entertainers throughout aided with that. It surely did not end the way I thought it would. The book is captivating, keeping me on the edge of my seat throughout my three days of reading it. I need read a book as fast as I read this one. It usually takes about a week and a half to finish a good one. This was a great read and I am so glad I read this. I suggest it for all!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Sex, Lies, Scandal, Drama, and...MURDER, August 21, 2001
This review is from: Keeping Secrets, Telling Lies (Paperback)
This book keeps you digging in at such a fast pace that you will finish it in a day. Your curiosity is peeked from the on-set, but you soon realize...it is not curiosity that killed the cat...it's...one of the characters you'd least expect. The characters are at once sinister, compassionate, and provocative.
The serious nature of Rome and the sass of Val make the story stay alive. Her personality accentuates the liveliness of the book, and makes for an intriguing and entertaining read.
