Definitely a must have collection of AAE!, August 3, 2011

The collection "Keepsakes" includes two CDs and a DVD. The CDs include 36 tracks, mostly unavailable anywhere else. One caveat - the DVD is in PAL format, Region 0 (which is playable anywhere) but most US DVD and Blu-Ray players will reject it as incorrectly coded, as will at least two Windows-based computers I tried, one running XP and one running Vista. My solution was to drop it into my iMac and see what happened - the iMac will play it perfectly (haven't tried it in a Macbook but it'll probably play in that too.) The DVD contains 21 tracks.
The audio CDs will play in any CD player. The contents of both CDs and the DVD are a great addition to any All About Eve collection. At least 12 of the songs on the CDs were not released anywhere else, and four were completely new recordings. As far as I'm aware, there's no other available DVD content of this 80s band, headed by Julianne Regan, with Tim Bricheno, who later left the band. Though the band broke up, and other players replaced Bricheno et al, they reunited for several more recent albums and their fan base is still active - expecting a new Regan project later this year. With more than 60 tracks altogether, this album is great value.
