Works great. I've had two children and was worried about how tight I was. I don't worry now. Your guy will notice the difference after one week of use. I don't even need to use mine anymore because its made me so tight (muscles are stronger, lol).

I've never used any product like this before, but I am very satisfied with how it has helped me strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I had been having health difficulties prior (inclu. a complete hysterectomy) and I feel that by buying and using the Kegelcisor, I have given myself peace of mind.

This is an excelent tool to develope those fun and run muscles!PS. try putting it in a glass of iced water for a few minutes, the first few times you use it.
