Size: 64-oz.
I bought an identical growler branded for a Colorado chain brewpub outlet in the Portland, OR area.
Thoughts: quite a bit smaller and lighter than an equivalent volume glass growler. Conversely, the thin steel loses cold (technically gains heat, whatever) much quicker than a glass growler, so a growler koozie is highly recommended for this thing. Not sure why, but growler koozies are hard to find! If you do have a glass growler sized beer koozie made of neoprene, it will fit this thing pretty snugly based on the ones I have available (the velcro type, not zipper, since I've seen but not been able to find for purchase the zipper type).
The lid is a little hard to master. When I later took it in for the first refill at the brewpub of purchase, the bartender on duty could not get it fully open to fill and I had to walk her through it. It is not as easy as a traditional ceramic/plastic flip top glass growler top although from the picture you might think it was identical.
Because you can't see through the sides you can't tell how much beer you got in a fill. Weight is the only real guide, since foam will fill up to the brim and you'll be quite a while waiting for that to settle to see how much you really got. I've gotten home a time or two and been disappointed at how far down the beer level was, which never happened with glass growlers.
Literature claims steel is tougher, but I can't really say as I haven't put it to rough use. As I said before, it is quite a bit lighter than an equivalent glass growler, which makes it feel kind of flimsy to me. I haven't dropped this growler nor a glass growler, and I'm not inclined to go doing drop tests since these things aren't really cheap. If I had to choose one for a bar brawl I'd definitely go with a German glass growler.

The lid needs to be re-designed it is really hard to get it completely out of the way of the mouth for filling or pouring purposes.

So disappointed with this growler. Not only is the lid a poor design, but when the growler arrived it was badly scratched in several areas and the lid was significantly dented. Return was easy, but we will not be buying this again.

Smaller than I imagined, but that's my fault for not having done my homework. The closing mechanism seems to be sturdy and quite capable of retaining a good seal. Also, the item description doesn't say that this is insulated and if you're wondering, it's because it's not.

Shipping was fast and conformed to the Amazon Prime standard, but I ordered one for me and one to have laser engraved as a gift. The two growlers were put side by side in a box with insufficient packing and rubbed together during the trip slightly marring the sidewalls. It's not terrible, but I'm picky and would prefer a gift to be perfect.

It keeps my Northern Colorado micro-brews fresh and carbonated for a least a week. It works great for putting brewery stickers on.

Installed a kegerator and found i didnt drink at home often enough to justify keeping it...until i bought a couple of these. Now i fill them up, put them in a cooler and i get keg beer at all times.

This growler looks and feels top notch quality. The rubber seal looks well made as does the stainless metal fabrication.

However, I've now filled this growler 3 times with beer from my keg taps and each and every time the beer is flat within 30 minutes. However, other growlers such as glass ones with lids and or rubber grommet clasp tops have kept the beer carbed and tasty for hours and days. I am confused by this since this growler really seems to clasp tightly shut.

The other downside to know about is that this growler is NOT a vacuum sealed double layer stainless growler - such as you have likely seen for sale at $50+. That means it will not keep your beer cold for hours and days. No big deal if you keep it refrigerated.

I drink a lot of water in my business (construction). I put 30 crescent shaped ice cubes in this every morning and wrap it in a towel for insulation in my truck. I pour from it into my water bottle off and on during the day. I usually still have ice left at the end of the day. Ice cold water is so much more refreshing than luke warm. The stainless in this growler is thick and the seal in solid. It gets thrown around my truck quite a bit and after a year still hasn't received a dent. When we picnic I can fill it with beer, root beer or soup and be confident it will stay sealed and full of fizz. It is completely washable and its big mouth makes the inside accessible. If you wash the bottle in the dishwasher remove the gasket and wash it by hand. Thanks for a great product KegWorks.
The lid is a bit of a challenge, but the design is hundreds of years old. Once you get used to it you will be able to swing it out of the way or seal it tightly easily.
