Be Careful!
I love this basket but made one crucial mistake when using it for the first time. When I heated the stone in the microwave I had it in the napkin. Not a good idea, as the stone burnt a hole right through the cloth. And there is no way to replace the cloth other than buying a whole new basket. Now I have to wrap the stone in a separate cloth and the bread in another cloth...

Not as big as it looks
The picture is fairly deceiving. It looks like you can fit 2 french loaves in the basket. If they were short, then you might be able to. I have found that it works well for breadsticks and rolls, but not loaves of bread. The basket material isn't very high quality, but it does its job. The cloth, though, is quite large and easily wraps around whatever you put in.

It's great for Sunday dinner's when we have company over. It's attractive design and the way it holds warmth makes it easy to want to use. I got mine from my shower and have used it a lot.

The stone insert was an excellent design. It's easy to use (stick the stone in the oven with your bread), and your bread stays warm on the table for a long time! I love this.
