I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband who's a pretty good chef and pizza maker. He wanted to venture into the deep dish pizza world, though we typically make and eat thinner crust pizzas. Overall, this set is pretty good, with solid construction. We really like the pan with holes in the bottom and the tray it sits on. The combination pizza cutter/spatula is really too small to lift a serious deep dish pizza. We have a larger, industrial-strength pizza cutter that works much better. We used a recipe from the included recipe book and it did not cook all the way through in the middle. I think this will take time and practice. All in all, this is a good set for the home chef.

I have been making pizza every Friday evening for 10 years and have struggled to find a way to get the crust perfectly crisp. This pan solved that problem. It is actually two pans: one with holes and a solid one that goes underneath for the first few minutes. I cook it at 450 degrees for 9 minutes and then pull the bottom pan out and cook it for 9 more minutes. I get a perfect crust every time, plus the deep dish allows me to stack on the toppings without the risk of having them run all over the oven. Pizza night is now better than ever! Homemade crust, homemade sauce, fresh toppings and this pan help make this the best pizza on earth! Oh and the little plastic spatula for helping to lift the pizza out of the pan and onto the cutting board works perfectly too.

I purchased this when it was one of the Amazon "Deals" and for the price I paid, this is an excellent product. The pizza cutter/server is poor and I do not use it, but the pizza pan and deep dish pan are excellent and alone worth the price. With the exception of the cutter/server, this is a resilient and well-made product that I highly recommend.

The pan works to keep the pizza together, the finish keeps it from sticking and the perforated bottom, keeps the crust professionally crisp. I tossed the pizza cutter almost immediately as it was cheap and didn't really do the job. Other than that, you can't lose with this pan set!

Though I have to agree with another reviewer about the spatula, the pan on the whole is pretty good, daughter likes it and the grandson says it makes his pizzas good and hot, so what more may I say....

This was a daily special that I got caught up into buying. Haven't used it yet but seems substantial and I may give it as a gift because it's packaged so nicely but then again I may just keep it. It was a special price so seems worth it.
