Kelly Clarkson's first video, Before Your Love, seemed not only like her first video, but the director's first as well. Flawed by an ultra cheesey premise that had nothing to do with the song and something that a child could have come up with (Kelly's friends throw a surprise party for her and people are cheering for her and happy for her, quite the metaphor for Kelly's big American Idol win where people were cheering for her and happy for her). The video was not a big hit with the MTV or VH-1 crowd. Coming back a second time with the video for A Moment Like This, Kelly proved to be just as strong as her American Idol presence suggested she could be. The video was very sweet with Kelly walking around alone on the stage where she won, clips of her winning moment play as the judges look on. The video and song, both sweet and inspiring, really hit it off with audiences everywhere. And as airplay grew on the music channels and on the airwaves, Kelly Clarkson began to captivate America once again. This is going to be a great DVD to own for any Kelly fan. Here's your chance to see Kelly when she first started out, before she became a superstar.

Everything she touches turns to gold. I can't wait to see what she puts out in March. I highly recommend this DVD because it helps her singles chart on billboard...not to mention that INCREDIBLE VOICE!

If your a Kelly fan go get it.If your not then you'll be dissapointed.

I thought this DVD was great for those of us who couldn't see it on tv. The quality I thought was great and made for great screen captures.Kelly looks stunning in both videos and I highly recommend buying this DVD.

this dvd is just so great, the sound is great, kelly is beautiful, better to see her sing on the dvd, i got the cd but this is much better. they don't , show the whole thing on both song on mtv or trl it's great

Considering these are her first 2 singles and first 2 videos, they are great....the video of "Before Your Love" is so sweet and the one for "A Moment Like This" sends chills up my spine from her unbelieveable voice as well as a warm, fuzzy feeling from memories of watching the show.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Both of these clips look the goods, and both suit the songs very well.

The only thing of note for the kids at home, look for Kelly's spit bubble during the clip for A Moment Like This. Somehow I get the feeling that it's just the kind of thing that would happen to Kelly on an expensive clip shoot.

I don't have cable, so I hadn't been able to see the videos. Of course, I rushed out to buy the DVD as soon as it was released. I'm glad I bought it, but honestly I was a little disappointed. I thought the quality of the DVD was a little cheap, and it should have had some extras on it. Also, they way that Kelly was made up in the videos - it just really didn't look like her. She's very beautiful, and doesn't need all of that fake coloring. Also, her lipgloss made for a rather blinding glare at times.

I do have to say that I thought that the "A Moment Like This" video, while a little cheesy, was kind-of cool how it showed snips from the American Idol competition. However, there really wasn't enough in my opinion. They only had a few clips, and unless you really watched the whole season, you might not realize that they were from AI at all. Some clips with those dorky hosts just looked like a talkshow. I wish they'd release a DVD of all of Kelly's AI performances. That would be very cool.

Oh, on the back of the DVD, it says that Kelly's debut album is due out in "January, 2003", but from what I understand, it's not being released until March. I guess the cover went to print before the date was pushed back.

Kelly proved again and again that she was an amazing performer and vocalist with every performance on American Idol. She deserved to win, and she did. These are the two music videos she released as her first single & will be featured on her upcoming debut album. "Before Your Love" is a fun video with great lighting. The plot is simple & not too original, but it's sweet. "A Moment Like This" sent chills up my spine. It shows Kelly singing on the stage of American Idol & shows clips of her performances on the show including the moment when she was announced the winner. It's just amazing. Kelly looks so beautiful in both videos, and her voice is undrescribable. It's amazing. These are two videos to cherish forever...the first two videos of a true superstar on her way to superstardom.

I understand that she is the big winner of American Idol, but doesn't seem kind of silly to release a DVD with just 2 videos? I see it enough of VH1 and it is all over the radio. I think that the company that put this out is just wanting more money from their money making machine...

To be honest, I would have waited until she had more videos under her belt. If that did not happen the company could have put her videos "A Moment Like This and Before Your Love with all of her American Idol performances... The same thing could be done for Justin too...
I saw this in the store one day and went "Now what are they doing?" I am sorry, I would not waste 7 dollars on a DVD with just 2 videos on it...
