Kelly wears a pink outfit that has a sleeveless shiny pink top with a pink bow at the neck and pink waistband. The skirt is glittery pink tulle and her pointed hat is shiny pink with glittery pink tulle trim just above the brim, and there's a small pink fabric flower w/green leaf at the pointed tip.
