This "entertainer" is very funny within the framework of Frasier. Outside of it, he is a bit pathetic and sad. Sometimes it is not best to know the truth about our favorite entertainers. This book makes one uncomfortable reading about Grammer's all too human behavior or misbehavior. Better to view him as an actor rather than as the real, confused, misguided person he appears to be.
