This review is from: Kelsey on Squeeze Play: Simple Squeezes, Strip-Squeezes, Double Squeezes, Triple Squeezes (Master Bridge Series) (Paperback)
I would recommend first reading David Birds book (Bridge Squuezes for everyone) and then Terence Reeses book (Squeeze play made simple I think its called).
This book (actually 4 books) covers a wide range of squeezes. Its facinating reading (if you are interested in squeeze play, and covers squeeze defense, and has a quiz at the end of each book. Each book also covers many squeezes you will see just a few time sin your life, if you are a very good player. The book spends a lot of time on squeezes that you will likley never see in your life. In that sense its a refernse book, since the Reese book is more practical. This is not a super hard book, its just long, and requires patience and visualization skills. Recommended for advanced players (and advanced intermediates) |
