I had this for less than one season before the seams came undone and the float tube pushed out of the hammock. When not in use I kept it out of the sun in a shed, so sun degradation should not be a factor. It was comfortable for me (I am 5'3", 135 lbs) but taller, heavier people were not as comfortable. I no longer own this since the seams burst.

I purchased these water hammocks to keep on our boat, so that we could use them to relax in the lake. They are super-handy, lightweight & portable, quite durable, and perfect for just lounging. My husband is a big guy (6'6", 240 pounds), and it supports him just fine. Very easy to inflate the headrest and the outer tube, and convenient to stow away in a cabinet on the boat when not in use.

I bought 2 and took them on vacation to the Caribbean. They close small enough to pack, inflate and deflate with little effort, and were eay to repack in their handy carrying case as well. They are so comfortable, and easy to get into. I was the envy of all as I floated cooly through the Caribbean.

For a hot day, when you want to stay mostly submerged, this is the float you want. It doesn't float you at water level, that's for sure. But I think it's a great float if you're ok being in the water.

I bought this Hammock for the pool for my kids for X'mas I didn't want any thing that inflated so this was a good solution. Portable, inflatable edge only and with a netting bed so it won't puncture easily .
It twists in half to form 2 small circles that fold onto each other to close and pack into its carry bag ( like a windscreen sun protector ) which is a great idea but the trouble is when it is out flat in the water it bends in the middle every time you lye on it so it feels like it is collapsing. Can't seem to get the kink out of the twist/hinges on both sides of the rim where it folds in half. So I am still seeking the perfect pool lounge. I now only buy beany bag + netting model pool lounges , Blow up models all deflate too easily. I thought this Hammock looked like a good solution. Search The SLACK AMPHIBIAN CHAIR Australian product... very nice!!

I purchased this Kelsyus floating hammock as well as the Kelsyus floating chair for a vacation to the Caribbean so I'll compare the pros and cons of both products below. Both spring-floats are perfectly sized for travel on an airline, are lightweight, and inflate easily. My wife and I hiked to remote beaches and used them on the sand instead of beach towels -- they keep the sand at bay and prop up your head for more comfort. The hammock is exceptionally easy to inflate and fold up when you're done. The chair, on the other hand, is more comfortable for lounging, although next to impossible to fold up properly. If I were recommending one for traveling, I would suggest buying the hammock because it inflates more quickly and folds effortlessly.
Floating hammock -- PROS: (1) portable -- easily fits in a suitcase or as a carry-on (2) easy to inflate -- pillow takes 4 breaths, hammock takes about 12 (3) quality inflation valves -- open and close with little effort (4) folds easily -- fold it like a taco and it springs into a circle for storage (5) great to use on the beach under your towel -- keeps sand away from you and provides a pillow for your head Floating hammock -- CONS: (1) difficult to climb onto when in the water (2) submerges your body a little too low (3) mesh bag not very sturdy Floating chair -- PROS: (1) portable -- folds even smaller than the hammock, although a bit thicker (2) quality inflation valves -- open and close with little effort (3) great to use on the beach instead of a chair -- more comfortable than the hammock (4) easy to climb onto when in the water (5) submerges your body perfectly in a seated position Floating chair -- CONS: (1) harder to inflate -- takes about 40 breaths to inflate fully (2) impossible to fold properly -- the "fold like a taco" technique does not work with this chair; getting it to fold and fit back into the bag is a frustrating process of trial and error, if you can manage to fold it up at all (3) mesh bag not very sturdy

This pool hammock is rated up to 250 lbs. I weigh 260 and hammock still floats. The head pillow is comfortable and I really enjoy talking naps on this hammock.

I purchased two of the deluxe version and am happy with them overall. They are comfortable to lie on in the water and easy to carry around when out. We had no problems inflating them. Unlike others, we had no problems repacking it after deflating. We didn't look at the repacking instructions; instead, we just used basic reasoning to twist and reconfigure the shape back into its compact, original circular form. One complaint, however, is that the zipper on the carry bag broke on the first use. It doesn't really have a major impact on using it, though, so I will not bother with a return.

Best water rafts we have. Will be buying more next summer, as we've thrown away the old brands. These are comfortable, soft, easy to get on and off, easy to inflate. Love them.

We bought these floats to use when on our boat and another pair for floating around in the pool. They are very well made and quite comfortable. They inflate quickly with a small electric pump since they only have the chamber surrounding the "screen" and the pillow to be inflated. A nice feature is the fact that you are always partially submerged and can keep cool when the hot sun is beating down on you! You can lay on your back or front although the pillow may need to be deflated a bit if you are on your front so you don't get a "crick" in your neck. They are particularly well suited for use in the lake when you want to be in the water but the bluegill are on a feeding frenzy! The "screening" protects you from the little monsters while you keep cool. You can also take some bread out with you to feed the little fellows since you are now protected!! Once you get the hang of collapsing them, they store flat and take up very little space. The secret to collapsing is to follow the instructions then let them go they way they want to! They hold up quite well for several seasons when properly dried and stored.
