Great sleeping bag for car camping,
By The only drawback is that with the big opening at the top it can be a little drafty, negating the warmth of the thickness of the bag. Also, it's waaaay to big to carry with you while backpacking. When stuffed in its sack, it's about the size of a large garbage bag. This is fine for car camping, but unsuitable for carrying it any real distance.

This bag is definitely big enough for my hubby and I, and we're both tall (he's 6'1"). We found out that on a really cold night where it's only in the 30's, you also need to have a sleeping bag liner with this bag in order to be warm enough. I picked up fleece sleeping bag liners from REI and the combination was perfect! This bag is great on its own after about 45 degrees.

Very good bag for the money. My girlfriend and I just used this on a fall camping trip in Northern Minnesota. Temps got down into the low 30's, kept us both warm, not so much as a chill. Highly recommended.

Went to Northern Pa for a camping trip, mostly around 40 degrees at nite, high 30's and two of us were very warm. Has a nice robust draft tube (2-3") surrounding zippered areas. Nice to be able to tighten the hood, but unnecessary. I wear a small hat anytime im camping and temps are low. Love that the Top comes completely off and these can be used as separate bags! Definitely a car camper only, unless you split the two bags, then it's not a 20 Degree bag though. Im 6'1" Wife is 5'5" both in good shape and we fit fine. Also both sides unzip for varying comfort levels.

The product description says it is eighty inches long. But the bag only comes up to my chest. My wife measured it and the bag is only sixty four inches deep. Fine if you are five feet tall. The hood comes to eighty inches but that is not all that useful. You will have cold shoulders if you are a short to average size man.

I am very happy with this bag. We have a tent trailer, it provided enough warmth in the Tetons and Yellowstone during July's cool nights. It also provided some extra padding for an extremely hard mattress with plenty of room for snuggling. My only gripe is I wish it had pockets.
