Kelty Diaper Changing Seat/Pad

I purchased this thinking it would be something more than a limp piece of foam.... well.... its a limp piece of foam. Since there is no internal braces, this cannot and does not function like stadium seat pad. Its too small for a changing pad unless you child is completely motionless (and short). It has no ability to secure the "seat bottom" to the "seat back" so carrying is a pain and the carry handle is thus rendered uselss.

Kelty usually does good work. This is no up to their standards OR quality.

I needed a small, flat, wipe-clean and machine washable changing pad for an awkward space in my house. Years ago I used the Kelty changing pad that came with my Kelty diaper bag and it worked great, but has since been lost. I would have bought a replacement Kelty changing pad on its own, but that was more expensive than this. So I bought this and it works decently for my purpose.

But I only gave it 3 stars because I can't understand what Kelty thought they were selling it for. I don't think it would work very well for any other diaper changing situation. My kids tried to use it as a seat and decided it might work for their dolls.

So I encourage you to buy this if you think it will meet your needs. But first think very hard about if it will really meet your needs.
