I needed a basic thermometer for my pool. Nothing fancy, just something I could pull up and read easily. If that's what you're looking for, I think this is perfect.

When the first one broke right away, we thought it was a fluke so we repurchased but have had the same exact problem: the mercury tube becomes disconnected making it impossible to know what the temperature is. Very frustrating!

We bought a second one of these, after using the first at our pool in Florida. It's a very nice product with very clear, easy-to-read, temperature markings and a handy sticky pad for attaching to the side of the pool.

Pool thermometer
Product arrived on time and was as described by seller. It has an easy to read temperature face and floats well in the pool. It seems to be doing a good job.

Poor Choice
Bought this based on price and got what I paid for. Cheaply made and does not work well. Soon after submerging it it comes back to the surface. Read more

Best price/feature ratio
This is only my third pool thermometer, but the best by far. I sink it 15" below the surface, away from the jets, to avoid warmer readings. Read more

I bought this to replace a previous pool thermometer that had it's plastic cover over the glass of the thermometer broken. This product works very well. Read more

So inaccurate as to be useless
The scale on the thermometer is easy to read, as advertised. Unfortunately, it is therefore very easy to see that the thermometer's temperature reading is off by 5 degrees (F). Read more
