The scale on the thermometer is easy to read, as advertised. Unfortunately, it is therefore very easy to see that the thermometer's temperature reading is off by 5 degrees (F). That is not acceptable.

We bought a second one of these, after using the first at our pool in Florida. It's a very nice product with very clear, easy-to-read, temperature markings and a handy sticky pad for attaching to the side of the pool.
