The Ken-A-Vision T-19011C Comprehensive Scope 2 cordless, monocular compound microscope has LED lighting with dimmer control (rheostat) and on/off switch, a 10x widefield eyepiece with reverse-mounted 4x, 10x, and 40xS lens objectives, and is designed for biological use and educational applications. The monocular head has a fixed 30-degree incline and 360 degree rotation for comfortable viewing and a total magnification up to 400x. Separate knobs for coarse and fine focus provide sharp focus. The fixed, plain stage has clips to hold the slide in place and rack-and-pinion movement. The built-in bright and cool white LED light has a dimmer control (rheostat) with a separate on/off switch to control the amount of light projected on the specimen. The single-cast aluminum body has a built-in, retractable, carrying handle for strength and durability. A built-in rechargeable NiMH battery (included) enables the microscope to be used away from power sources. The microscope includes an allen wrench, cover, power supply, and instructions.
