not practical for currency, January 27, 2012
I wasn't crazy about the blue color, but I got it anyway because it was such a good deal on a product that is normally at least $90.
It would be fine if you only wanted to carry your passport and some credit cards, but it's completely impractical for carrying currency. If I'm going to carry this, I want it to be able to carry currency so I don't also have to carry a normal wallet for that.
The only slot for currency is vertical behind the multiple slots for credit cards on the right side of the wallet when it is open, however, the slot is too narrow to carry currency without having to first fold it in half. I'm not going to fold all my money in half so that I have to pull it all out and unfold the stack to pull certain bills out in addition to having the stack be twice as bulky as it would normally be.
I returned it and ordered a similar product
Royce Leather RFID - blocking Passport & Currency Wallet which has horizontal slots for currency that span both left and right sides of the wallet when opened just like a regular bifold wallet.
