This review is from: Kenda S-6 26 x 1-3/8 x 1-1/4 Black Steel Tire (Sports)
After getting schooled the hard way about the differences between schwinn sizing and everyone else sizing (schwinn size is larger than the measurements would suggest), I found it a little frustrating that these tires still seemed a bit tight. I had to pump my tire up to 95 pounds and liberally apply WD-40 to the rim to get it to seat all the way around properly.
After this was done though i was able to back it down to 60psi and the tires give a good ride.

Good tire, but do you have another choice?,

Kenda makes the only tire that will fit my Schwinn 3-speed. Fortunately the tire quality appears relatively decent and has a vintage look to the tread pattern. Like the previous reviewer, I found setting the bead onto the rim difficult. My suggestion is to use window cleaner (such as Windex) to lubricate the tire and rim and over-inflate to around 80-90 psi. I found myself deflating the tire a couple of times to ~10 psi to manually move the sections of the tire that didn't want to bead properly. Then add some more window cleaner and inflate to around 80-90 psi. Don't forget to reduce the pressure to 60 psi!
