Do not be mistaken by the affordability of this calculator. Once shipping and handling come into effect, this is no longer a smart buy. This "ghetto" calculator, as I've heard others call it, is very hard to read, and the buttons get stuck very easily. The battery latch gets jammed with every use, and most frustrating of all, the battery hub was MISSING A SPRING! rendering one battery completely useless. It shipped very fast and cost me very little, but this calculator is no good to me. I am a science major who needs the most user friendly calculator possible so that I can finish my exams ON TIME. I have enough frustration with organic chemistry. I don't need calculator frustrations on top of that.

I bought one of these at an Asian market for $1. The number display was messed up. It's a piece of Chinese made junk that doesn't work.
