The band is not leather. It is a rubber band. The band looks leather from a few feet away, and is the only reason I didn't give this a 5-star.Otherwise, it is a nice watch. I bought it for a really good price (not at Amazon), and was far nicer than I would expect for the money. I showed it off to some very opinionated (and who pull no punches) friends and coworkers, all agreeing it is a nice watch but didn't like the band. For what I paid, I'm very happy with the purchase. The watch also keeps its "charge" longer than I expected when I'm not wearing it. You have a nice view of the movements from both top and bottom of the watch.

This watch has a Rubber wrist band and it looks cheap. This thing is advertised as having a "leather wrist band", it does not. It looks like something from Wally World. I gave mine away to my little brother. This is junk, a complete waste of money, don't buy it.

I love the look and overall am happy with my purchase, however the title for this product is false. It is not leather. Its a synthetic material that doesn't look or even feel like leather. You can't take the strap off. I don't mind the strap however I can understand the people who would be upset based on the title only to find out the truth. Buyer Beware!
