First off I received the watch a few days before the estimated delivery date, so I was happy about that. I pulled the watch out and wow. Some things you should know though before you buy, the watch is heavy, I personally like this because I know it's on my wrist at all times. The face of the watch sits pretty high off your wrist, about 1/2 an inch off. The dial window appears blue in the pictures, it's really a clear, mirror like finish. If it matters to you at all (it didn't to me) the case it was shipped in wasn't the dark grey box shown, it's a beige one. But that REALLY didn't matter to me. I have been wearing it for three days now and the watch seems to keep time relatively well, it's not going to be as accurate as quartz since it's a mechanical watch. (States that in the manual that comes with it.) It has a life time warranty on it which I believe I will have to use soon because I noticed a speck of dust got underneath the mineral crystal already which is why I couldn't give it a five star review. I did shower with it however and have been washing my hands with it on and the watch has never fogged up once. One thing I don't think is listed, though it was a pleasant surprise to find out, is the hour and minute hands glow in the dark. Another thing I noted was the band itself wasn't very long, I have relatively small wrists (about 6.5 inches around) and I only needed one link taken out. (I wear my watches loose enough to put a finger between my wrist and the band.) But I typically need three or four links taken out of watches. I didn't think the watch was huge but it is definitely not a small dainty women's watch. Overall though I love this watch, it can easily go casual or dressy so it's been a good pick for an every day watch for me.

I purchased this watch and think it's lovely! Be warned, it's large, heavy, (due to the automatic mechanism) and may be a little masculine, but the faceted bezel is really attractive. I was also considering the Akribos XXIV skeleton watch, but that looked cheap to me. The KC I purchased has a nice, substantial clasp and is dressier. So far, after wearing it all day, it seems to keep time well. So excited not to have to buy batteries ever again!
