I bought these for my daughter and she loved them. Had a problem with the first pair and Amazon had a new pair at my door within 2 days - great customer service! She says they are very comfortable and true to size.

These boots are beautiful, comfortable, great quality. Totally worth the price. I get compliments on these daily. I highly recommend these!!!

These are incredible boots and go way beyond my expectations. I had read what others said about them fitting larger, but I took the risk and ordered my usual size. I wear a size 8 and they are true to size for me. They fit perfectly when I wear a regular pair of cotton socks. I ordered the slate color and it goes with everything. They are very stylish and comfortable. I could wear them all day. The ordering and shipping went smooth and I was amazed at how quickly I received them. I highly recommend them.

Just got these. I have only wore them a few times but already love the purchase. Size 8 1/2 was good with thick or thin socks. Looks great with jeans tucked in. Slate goes with everything. I got these half price so I love them even more. Better than Steve Madden and Chinese Laundry I returned. For a few more dollars you get a better quality boot. Invest in the suede protector. Only regret not getting them sooner.

I bought these based on the reviews and they were perfect. I had wanted a pair of boots that I could comfortably wear all day and these definately work for that. I need shoes I can run and walk in without having them dig in or make my feet sore at the end of the day. They're cute too. I definately have plans to buy another pair when it fits my budget.

This was my first pair. I have purchased the slate colored boots recently. They are great; comfortable,look good with skirts,leggings and "skinny" jeans. I will probably purchase the black ones as well. However, they run a size larger.

I absolutely love this boots, however it came torn so I had to return it. The sad this is after I returned it the price trippled so I never reordered it.

I usually wear a 6.5, however a 6.5 in this boots was slightly too big for me so if I have an opportunity to reorder it I would order a half size down. I have really skinny calves but these boots fit well, did not slip or fall down....

When I ordered my boots I was expecting to get a pair of black suede boots. However, when I received them they were black leather (I know suede is a type of leather, but the kind that I got was the smooth traditional finish with a bit of shine). I'm looking at the pictures again, and no matter how I look at them, they seem suede to me. I think the boots still look nice so I'm keeping them, but if you were looking for a pair of black suede boots, these are not it. Also, Amazon should clarify the material as "black leather" or "black suede" like it does for other shoes on the website, because I feel like depending on the merchant you could be receiving different boots.

I love this boot. This is my second pair. I purchased a pair about 2 or 3 years ago when they first came out. They have the same fit and finish and are great for us girls with athletic calves. They fit true to size but if you want to wear heavy socks with them suggest you go up a half or whole size. My old Bard Tender boots have held up very well considering how often I wear them in the Fall and Winter and the suede on the outside is still in very good shape. The only difference with the boots that I purchased recently is that instead of a soft leather lining there is a fabric lining. Disappointed - yes a little considering that the retail price of the boot was not reduced with the fabric lining vs leather lining. (But hey, got them on sale at a really good price here at Amazon) Also I ordered the boots in black and received boots in chocolate brown. But that's okay because earlier in the year I wanted the chocolate brown and could not get it in my size. Overall love this boot and still looking for a back-up pair of black ones.
