The shoes' leather was definitely stiff and it rubbed against the back of my heel!!! Not an ideal shoe if you do a lot of standing or walking. I was kind of disappointed in the fit of the shoe but I do get lots of compliments!!

These are stiff shoes - too narrow in the toe but too big otherwise. The strap needed to adjust another 1-1/2" to fit.
