We didn't want the purple color but the color was on sale, much cheaper than others. We were scared about how purple they were. the color is awesome pretty much like in the picture and in fact a tiny bit darker which we like. My husband could not even tell it was purple he thought them to be black.
the shoe fit is perfect except the upper part (vamp) runs longer and very wide feet may have a little trouble getting in. Sole is well-cushioned and very comfortable.
the look is very very classy!! will look wonderful with dress pants or jeans.

i would definitely recommend these shoes!!
