Mr. Wedlake's book is an excellent review for those of you who already have had instruction in the S3 & L3 forms. The photos help illustrate how the form is to be preformed but if you don't already know the form you really won't get it. The work is very helpful to keep the Parker forms alive and accurate.

We started Kenpo a few months ago and wanted to learn forms and practice more outside of class so we could do better. This is the 3rd book in a series and although we haven't advanced this far in class the information helps with practice and makes us better students. The books aren't intended to teach you they are a solid companion though.
