This is a beautiful, elegant fountain we put right in our front entry way for good career fung shui. It was much heavier than I thought (though I just noticed it says 59 lbs) so it won't tip over easily. It is very very quiet with only a soft gurgling sound as the water falls around the mirrored sphere and onto the river rocks in the dish. It also does not leak or splash the way other fountains can. The only downside is that it needs to be filled up every 2-3 days with about a half to full cup or so of distilled water (we live in CO and it gets pretty dry in the winter). I don't know if it will send my career into outer space, but at least it looks good ;-)

At the price point and from the photos online I did not expect the product to be as pleasing as it is. The grey slate finish and the black bowl with the polished sphere look attractive beyond expectation. My fountain is used outside under cover and was easy to set up and maintain. It's been in use for about a month and is an easy recommendation for others to consider. Birds have loved it, too.

We love this fountain. It looks nice,sounds nice and went together
very easy. The only thing that we did to better it was get rid of the
rocks that came with it and went to the Dollar store and bought 6
bags of black river rock. Made it much nicer. Also make sure U
use good water when filling it and every now and then add treatment
to keep the green scum from collecting on the bowl....
