Product is exactly what is showed in the picture. Feels solid and well made. Have had two lightning storms and no computer parts fried which is a first.
Very pleased.

Update: Well, we had lightning strike the phone line. My cordless phones and my corded phones were all fried, but my computer modem was not. So, the surge protector did its job well. It did make the surge protector inoperable, but spared my modem and computer. Called Kensington and told them what happened to see if I can reset the surge protector. They informed that it is not user serviceable BUT offered to send me a new one for free. I accepted and received my new one three days later. Good product and good customer service. Wow, the two are both rare these days. A++++

We used to use 2 standard surge protectors for all our equipment. Since this was causing too much desk clutter we bought this one. We have it completely filled with adapters. Each outlet is color coded and stickers are included so you could label all your cables and reduce the difficulty in unplugging certain devices.

This is one good looking surdy surge protector that i use for my office appliances.

I love the lay-out of the plugs, making it possible for me to use all 8 of them with however big converters I have.

Really nice adapter, only thing was that it was easy to turn of the switch with your foot and if it was under the table you did not know it. The color was good to have for each socket. The cord was a little stiff. Was a great adapter.

Most strips are limited to actually less plugs than they can handle do to oversize, this one really handles 8 in all the cases I could find in my home. And it looks good too!

Holds any size plug, including the ones where the power supply is incorporated in the plug. I stopped buying the powerstrips that will only hold a small plug a long time ago.

I like it, because it's not so long, fit better everywhere and I like the different colors and labels so that you know what is connected where.

I have to admit to a weakness for surge protectors. I buy one now and then when AMAZON has one for a good price in the Today's Deals section. This one I shopped for though, and love the color coded feature. I use this one for a couple of computerized sewing machines, and a few other things. Having the color tabs cuts down on the confusion of which plug is what appliance, and the surge protector itself gives me peace of mind. :) Kensington is a company that I have been impressed with over the years for computer peripherals. They will replace a mouse that fails without a murmur, so I figured that another electronic gizmo from Kensington was a good investment. I have had no trouble with anything they make. I can see where this line would make a great audio-visual array surge protection investment.
