Do NOT Use This Stuff,

Do not use this product on Anti-glare screens. I am looking right now at a NEC monitor here at work that was just fine until I cleaned it with this stuff last week. Now I have patches of the anti-glare coating missing.

This screen cleaner did clean the monitor of stuck on matter with ease, but it left an after haze that despite much rubbing with a soft cloth would not remove, and the resulting fibers from the soft cloth we as annoying as the dirt I had intentionally washed off

I recently purchased a Macbook Pro with the glossy screen and eventually ran into the "keyboard imprint on the screen" issue that many mac users have encountered. I tried using the iKleer, the product sold at apple stores as the cleaner of choice, but after using that product, I was left with s patchy, smudge-tastic mess. I took the laptop to the local apple store where an apple employee incredulously tried to clean the screen again using the iKleer stuff. It became "kleer" that this product made the screen now, even worse. Baffled at why apple would endorse and sell a product that made things worse, she took my macbook from me and disappeared into the backroom. She returned with a strange guy toting the Kensington Screen Guardian. He shot few bursts directly on the screen, which made me nervous and is not recommended, then wiped it with my own microfiber cloth. Secnds later, not only were the keyboard imprints gone, but the smudgy iKleer mess too.
